Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and a password. You will receive a verification code on your mobile — enter it to confirm your number and your account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register. Only one account is allowed per person.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. A reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Follow the instructions to set a new password. Your new password is active immediately. If you do not receive the reset message within 60 seconds, request a resend or contact support via live chat.

No. Each player is permitted one account only. batpkr detects duplicate accounts using mobile number, identity details and device data. If duplicate accounts are found, all of them are suspended and any balances may be forfeited. If you already have an account and cannot log in, use the password recovery option rather than registering again.

Account locks after several failed login attempts are a temporary security measure. Wait 10–15 minutes and try again. batpkr does not charge deposit fees on its end. However, your mobile wallet provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own transaction charges depending on your account type and the transfer amount. Withdrawals

Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds, or first-time withdrawals from a new account, may trigger an identity check before the payment is released. This is a standard security step. You may be asked to upload a copy of your CNIC and confirm that your mobile number matches your mobile wallet account. Once verified, withdrawals process normally. The verification step usually only happens once.

Yes, both minimums and maximums apply and they vary by method. The withdrawal page displays current limits for each option before you submit a request. Withdrawals must go to an account registered in your own name. You can update your withdrawal account details inside your profile settings, but the receiving mobile wallet or bank account must match the name on your batpkr account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined.

In-play betting lets you place bets while a cricket match is in progress. Odds change in real time based on the current match situation — runs on the board, wickets fallen, run rate required and overs remaining. Markets may briefly suspend during key moments such as wickets or wide deliveries. Bets placed before a suspension are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. You need to be logged in and have a PKR balance to place live bets.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result, most markets are voided and stakes are returned to your PKR balance. For matches that go to a DLS result, winner markets are settled on the official result. Specific market rules are outlined in the Terms and Conditions. Any voided bet stake is returned to your balance within 24 hours of the official match status being confirmed.
