Terms and Conditions – batpkr Online Betting Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the batpkr platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other means — and by registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and batpkr.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any services offered by batpkr. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use batpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned or suspended from batpkr.

• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy or intermediary for another person when registering or placing bets.

batpkr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification when requested may be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on batpkr. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, identity document, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is a violation of these terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and contact details. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. batpkr cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact batpkr support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including batpkr support staff — they will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account without delay.

batpkr reserves the right to refuse registration or close an account at its discretion without being required to provide a reason, subject to the handling of any legitimate account balance in accordance with these terms.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on batpkr are processed in PKR. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallets as listed in the payment section of your account. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used.

• Only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. batpkr does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits made using proceeds of illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
• batpkr does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside of batpkr's control.
• If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your payment reference details.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. All withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account. Processing times vary by payment method and account tier — VIP members from Silver tier upward receive priority withdrawal processing.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your name.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Only funds that have cleared the applicable wagering requirement are available for withdrawal.
• batpkr reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals or higher-value requests.
• If a withdrawal request is pending verification, batpkr will notify you of the documents required. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in the withdrawal being cancelled and funds returned to your account balance.
• batpkr does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard requests. Processing fees applied by your bank or payment provider are separate and outside batpkr's control.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits and free bets offered by batpkr are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates and expiry periods. These are stated clearly in each individual offer at the time of claiming.

General bonus rules that apply across all batpkr promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they become withdrawable as real PKR.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the offer. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only and cannot be claimed more than once.
• batpkr may withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion. Where a promotion is cancelled, any active bonus funds in player accounts will be handled in accordance with the individual offer terms at the time of cancellation.
• Abuse of bonuses — including opening multiple accounts to claim offers more than once, exploiting technical errors, or placing bets designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.

07 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on batpkr covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other markets. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question, as well as the general platform rules set out in this section.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except in cases where batpkr explicitly offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for a specific market.
• batpkr reserves the right to void bets that are placed at obviously incorrect odds due to technical errors or data feed failures.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules displayed for that market.
• For cricket matches — including PSL fixtures and T20 internationals — rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results and shortened matches are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting section of your account.
• batpkr reserves the right to limit the stakes available to specific players on specific markets at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement will be voided regardless of how the bet was placed.

Live in-play betting is available on selected matches. Odds during live betting fluctuate in real time and bets are confirmed at the odds at the precise moment of confirmation. There may be brief delays in live odds updates during periods of high server load — any bet confirmed during this period is settled at the confirmed odds.

08 Games & Game Lobby

The batpkr game lobby includes fish games, slots, live casino and classic table games. All games are operated on the basis of random number generation (RNG) or live dealer dealing. Return-to-player (RTP) rates and game rules are accessible within the individual game interfaces.

• Game availability may vary and batpkr reserves the right to add, remove or modify games in the lobby at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, server error or software malfunction — the round will be resolved based on the game's internal state at the point of failure where this data is recoverable. If recovery is not possible, the affected stake may be refunded at batpkr's discretion.
• Fish games operate on a skill and chance combination model. Cannon tier selection, target priority and timing are player-controlled elements, while creature behaviour and credit multipliers involve a random component.
• Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers in real time. batpkr is not responsible for interruptions caused by the live studio provider's infrastructure, though any disrupted rounds will be reviewed and resolved fairly.

09 VIP Programme

The batpkr VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is automatic and based on cumulative qualifying wagering activity across all sections of the platform.

• VIP tier thresholds, associated benefits and monthly cashback rates are published in the VIP section of the platform and are subject to change.
• VIP cashback is calculated based on net losses within a calendar month and credited to your account in PKR at the start of the following month, subject to the applicable tier cashback rate.
• VIP status and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another player.
• batpkr reserves the right to adjust, suspend or restructure the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable notice given to active VIP members where practical.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including but not limited to reverse-engineered wagering patterns designed purely to trigger cashback — may result in VIP status being reviewed or revoked.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on batpkr. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure with balance forfeiture:

• Opening more than one account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, casino games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors without reporting them to batpkr support.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of or as a proxy for another individual.
• Any attempt to hack, probe or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

batpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour toward support staff or other players.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the account's registered payment method after any applicable security review.

12 Limitation of Liability

• batpkr is not liable for any losses caused by technical failures, interruptions or inaccuracies in game or odds data, provided these are addressed in good faith once identified.
• batpkr is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• batpkr's total liability to any player in connection with the platform, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the player's verified real-money deposit balance at the time of the relevant event.

13 Privacy & Data
